I will gather all the essential details, design preferences, and content requirements I need from you. This allows me to lay a solid, custom-tailored foundation for your new website.
Once I have a clear understanding of your needs, I will get to work on the initial design. I will present you with a first draft—or a series of design concepts—so you can see your ideas starting to take shape. We will review this together to gather your feedback, adjust the layout, and firm up the visual direction before the heavy lifting begins.
This is the point of commitment where we officially lock in the plan. At this stage, we will both have a crystal-clear understanding of the project scope, the final design direction, and what we each need to contribute to make it a success. Once you are completely happy with the proposed plan, a 20% deposit is required to secure the project in my schedule and give the green light for development.
With the green light given, I will take our agreed-upon specifications and dive into the development phase. I will build out the complete website, ensuring everything functions beautifully and looks great across all mobile and desktop devices. Once the site is fully built and rigorously tested behind the scenes, I will hand you a private link for a comprehensive look over.
We are almost at the finish line! After your review, we will address any last-minute tweaks or adjustments. Whether it is swapping out an image, adjusting a color, or refining a piece of text, this stage is dedicated to making those small detail corrections to ensure the final product is absolutely flawless.
It is time to launch! In this final stage, I can hand over the keys to your brand new, fully functioning website. We will discuss where the project goes from here, including any guidance you might need to manage your new site moving forward. This exciting handover point is also when the final invoice will be issued, marking the successful completion of our project.
